How does the process work?
1. Celebrate
Yay! You are engaged! Let's meet up and gush over your ring and how they asked! I want to hear your love story and wedding dreams!
2. Planning
After our planning meeting, I will hit the ground running on contacting vendors, making appointments, and planning your wedding! This includes a visit to your venue!
3. The Night Before
We made it to wedding weekend! At your rehearsal, you will get a front row seat to how your wedding will look! We can discuss how your wedding day will run and ensure that your friends and families know where to stand and sit!
4. The Big Day
It is wedding day! While you are getting glam, I will be finalizing decor and details! I will help your photographer round up friends and family and ensure no picture is missed! I will assist your vendors with unloading and scheduling! I will stick around to make sure everything is running smoothly until you are sent off as newlyweds!
What does a coordinator do?
As your wedding coordinator, I will be your go-to person all wedding planning long! Having a wedding coordinator will allow you to enjoy the season of engagement! I will ensure your bridal party looks their best! I will be the direct contact for all of your vendors! As your coordinator, I will provide a comprehensive timeline! I am a professional train fluffer, boutonniere pinner, and hype girl!
